Your Assignment

Are you a curious, analytical and service-minded student and are you looking for an exciting internship to gain work experience for at least 6 months at Online Drinks? Then you can be part of Online Drinks BV (Amsterdam), where the future of beer in eCommerce happens!

 

You will be fully part of the team to provide assistance to our customers and third party contact centres in answering questions and solving issues. Additionally, you will help set up and shape the Customer Care department of ODBV. To support and help grow the business, we are looking for communication champions  who will contribute to improving our service level.

 

Working experience can be gained within the following area’s:

·       Handling questions and complaints from customers

·       Market places such as Amazon and Bol.com

·       Shape and maintain the customer service ICT infrastructure

·       Customer Service Process improvements and efficiency measures

 

 

Your working environment

You will be part of the Online Drinks BV team, a multi-cultural start-up. With www.the-sub.com,blade.shop and www.heinekenstore.com, our three key business initiatives, we are the incubator of  HEINEKEN funded exciting, new E-commerce projects! To help support and grow the online business, we are looking for a communicative expert who will contribute to improving our service level.

As intern you will report to the Customer Service Manager E-Commerce and your position is based in Amsterdam

 

Your profile

For this role we are looking for someone who is curious, hands-on, service minded and ready to take on any new project!

 

Also the ideal candidate has:

·       A background in business/marketing/digital/communication

·       International experience/mindset

·       Has excellent communication skills in at least English, another language is an advantage

·       Is customer minded, proactive and detailed

·       Is good at prioritizing
